You got that right. I don't think he's crazy, but he's not very smart, either. But mostly he's vengeful and hateful. You know, he wanted the House to vote on his health bill KNOWING that it wouldn't pass - so he could shame and blame the Repubs who didn't vote for it. That's just mean.

But he also knows the current ACA will die shortly.
ACA="Affordable Care Act" AKA Obamacare, and guess what ? It is anything but affordable to the shrinking middle class. ;)

It's more affordable than paying out of pocket, but still not cheap, by any reckoning. However, the proposed new plan will cause millions more people not to have any health care other than going to the ER.

You know, Bernie is not exactly a lightweight (read Trump) when it comes to facts:

    https://thinkprogress.org/republica...ng-bill-in-the-senate-7a45d2c7d0c6#.bsz4j8o4p

So, thus far, playing with "facts" by the Republicans and Trump v. Bernie and co. - who do you trust?

Sorry, your opinion on the matter is a badly mangled relic of the past, sad, sad discredited McCarthy-type past...

On top of that, youneed to update your XXc sources on Sweden and - well, just about anything to do with Social Sciences and politics...

Btw, for 50 years there were no crashes, thanx to lessons learnt from the last big XXc crash, which Bernie and co. understand, as opposed to Trump, Hillary and all the rest of those fools!!!

    Stick with coding, m8... ;)

See? This the kind of arrogance of yours, gorski. According to your parameters you're always right and no one has the right to express his opinion, unless he's "right" under your parameters.

In my parameters, you gorski, should stick with gods only due to the "fact" you are superior than the rest of us fools.

    Now I want you to sue me. In my face. Mate...pfff. ;) ;) ;) ;) ;)

@Cody: Yeah I have to agree with gorski on that one.

Bernie Sanders is far from pathetic. If The Democratic party hadn't screwed him over in favor of Hillary, there's a good possibility He would have been President now.
Also, don't forget that there's a big difference between Socialism and Social Democracy.

And what does the fact that He may or may not be Jewish have to do with the fact that he cares about his constituents?

    Read this: http://theweek.com/articles/617067/...also-might-most-christian-candidate-2016-race

For those Anti-Semites out there, you need to learn the difference between Jews and Zionists.

For those 'Anti-Jewish' Christians out there, you need to remember that Jesus Christ was a Jew, and Christianity comes from Judaesm.

    Bravo, MJ! :)

Mr. X, you remember telling us how superior you are to indigenous Mexican population (arrogance doesn't begin covering this prejudice of yours towards, interestingly enough, Mexican indigenous women [you pointed to them and said nothing of men and that should be even more interesting, I am sure, given your general attitude]) - see, this is what is called a HYPOCRISY (not seeing yourself at all but criticising others for what you yourself do). And frankly, I don't take lessons from racists!!! Because, this is who you are! Thanx a bunch but take a walk...

FYI: I am much better qualified to talk about these issues, obviously, so yes, I can say what I said. I would always defer to him in coding and IT matters. Why is it that one can't possibly have similar reciprocal spirit going in these matters?

Yes, this is how it starts (XIX c. nationalism): people on the other side of the mountain are dirty, weird, have nasty habits, large noses and curved legs....

Or if one looks "inwards", then one can find suitable subjects much closer to home: Jews, Gypsies, "shadism" in various parts of the world etc. etc.

I would like to think (I do hope that) your sociology studies might help with growing out of this one...

    Knowledge liberates and connects!

You should be so lucky to have Bernie defend YOUR (I presume you are not of the 1% of the richest of the USofA) interests against the interests of the few...

IMO, what got Trump elected is the fact that Bernie Sanders was railroaded by the Democrats. Once that happened, The people would not stand for the Dems, especially Hillary Clinton.
If Bernie runs again in 2021, IMHO he'd be a shoe-in. I like his ideas. If you're going to spend the people's money, you might as well spend it on education and helping the poorer Americans get a leg up.

Most impoverished Americans just want a place to work. It's all about self-esteem and self-reliance. They'd like to retrain and be educated, but realistically, they can't afford it.

You can't 'grow out of' cultural stigmas. You can only prove others wrong by not living that stereotypical lifestyle.
Setting a positive example take constant diligence and hard work. You're always fighting against the currents.

We did -exactly- that. We were Italians living with Blacks and Hispanics, and we refused to be bigoted and racist. You can only do that by gauging every human being as an individual.

You'd be surprised at how many young people do not realize that simple fact. And that's what saddens me. Speaking metaphorically, With everything you've seen and heard, how can you not figure out that there are good and bad of every kind?

Maybe we had good role models growing up. My role models were mobsters and gang-bangers. They taught us the meaning of giving and getting respect. And not judging others.

No wonder this world is a mess. So many people refuse to realize those simple facts. And they refuse to learn from the mistakes made by their forefathers.
