Is windows server 2012 rtm installed in refs formated dism?

    sorry,it is refs-format disk,not dism!

    You won't get real advantage from running your OS in a ReFS partition. The only new things in ReFS compared to NTFS have to do with redundancy and other stuff for datastorage.
    I really hope that you have your data storage and OS on separate disks?
