Just of today Í'm not able to start the Sky Drive app from the start screen anymore and auto sync is not working. Starting the the skydrive app will display: there's an issue opening the location. The app is only working if I logon on with administrator-rights Is it due to the latest windows-updates? Why is it on all the (vm)machines within my domain (did not change any group policies lately)? And never ever had this issue before.... Any suggestions?
thats why SkyDrive is the first thing to get disabled when I install Windows 8.1. unreliable piece of crap. Dropbox FTW

Someone @mstechnet forum confirmed this is a bug and Microsoft is working on a fix. Although i do doub about the reputation of this personen having this info from ms... So i have to wait for the fix coming soon hopefully.
