datafilehost.com link from @sebus works fine. Problem comes when you start the tool - a cmd window pops up saying something about the script being created by a trial version of something or other and immediately closes itself.
Do not quote half sentence! It would be just easier to get the .ps1 script itself! (if the author released it instead of compiled exe, or if somebody did manage to decompile it)
