Yes I have.

I've tried everything. One key at a time, no internet connection. manual and automatic tokens.
For some reason it detects the key as blocked.

downgrade to vmware 9 and activated successfully ('clean' install on vmware 10 doesn't work for me )

sounds like there are temp files being kept somewhere. Did you wipe all VM stuff from Appdata etc before fresh installing VM10?

I assume VM9 is a new install and hadn't been installed or used for testing, so that would make sense to me. *Shrug*

 

sorry guys for kinda silly question but should i activate after or before upgrading to 8.1? It's a Surface Pro so 8.0 to 8.1 is not an issue for me. Only Office is via Microsoft Toolkit.

Look at the picture on CMD as the command look like.
Start CMD with admin rights.
