So what is the point here? I was just successfully activated my Office 2013 under Windows 8.1 Pro RTM at few days ago before Oct 17. The way is just simple, just search for a legit Office 2013 key from "Google", then use the manual KMS method. Please tell me onething, on Outlook 2013, where you connect to an hotmail account, does it still downloads all the emails to our hdd? Or now does it work on fly, as it always should be?

I'm running on a fresh new Windows 8.1 PRO VL RTM 64-bit with Microsoft Office 2013 Professional Plus VL 64-bit and everything is just up to date through Windows Update (no other updates available). Dang it... waited a day too long to get office set back up on my tablet..... Hoping for a KMS tool soon so I can reactivate my office.
