Is there a predictable date for a possible local KMS emulator? In my case, I have a retail activated Windows, so permanent activated, but KMS activation is always better because you're not limited to a single computer
core/ pro only can be activated using a retail key. When using the generic VL key given in my above link for installation the channel is set to volume and you can activate through KMS services of any kind

If you have a G15 or similar keyboard you can store the best answers on the Macro keys. That's a lot easier, but you will sound like a broken record.
It can't because it is an official KMS server. As I repeated countless times before the Core and ProWMC activation is working through a glitch, only emulators will provide a positive reply.
I just downloaded the Win 8.1 Pro ISO. So after a clean install, without running the KMSPico, I can just open CMD and type the two lines you have above and it will be activated? Sorry for dumb question but I'm a newb. Thanks.
yep, that easy only need for this procedure is that the KMS server is alive and your local time is synced, not to mention the moon phase ....

I'm not talking about "fishy" ways but in general, only VL versions like proVL or enterprise can be activated by using KMS. I have no idea what has happened to your none VL version during the use of KMSpico (if you used it which I don't know) Earlier versions of KMSpico converted retail versions to VL and then activated nicely in a local way but atm, I'm not sure if it works like it was in the past. Heldigard can bring light into that darkness
