That will also work but if i remember correctly last year someone extracted office 2013 key from ratiborus setup & then we use that on win8\2012 VMs....

Any one noticed KMS machine IP address 169.254.X.X... so no loopback he(Ratiborus) use APIPA address..?

For me not worked. What network interface you choose? 127.0.0.2 or via TAP interface? Edit: my mistake, not install tap interface now will try again.
TAP interface. You have to rename it to something short like "tap1" in Network Connections and enter that name in KMSmicro settings.
I read somewhere that KMS V6 blocks any activation trough IPS starting 127.0.0.1, like local settings
