    I read somewhere that KMS V6 blocks any activation trough IPS starting 127.0.0.1, like local settings

    Yup, that was what I posted earlier, because Ratiborus said so in ru-board, obviously he worked it out. :D

    I reckon that after this release, it will be released dozens of new KMS emulators, with new features and eased functionality

    Does anyone here knows if this new offline emulator can activate Windows 8.1 core VL?

    Noop. First of all, its not an emulator but a VM of KMS server. It only allows Pro/Enterprise (both regular & N editions).

    Non exactly.

    KMS Server = Regular KMS license capable OS + KMS key to enable the ability to give appropriate response to KMS client OS.
    KMS Emulator = Comparatively small (but too much complicated) piece of code that can give appropriate response to KMS client OS.

    Sooner or later. M$ block this, devs workaround, M$ blocks that, devs workaround yet again... It's never gonna end. :p

    It is equipped with Volume_KMS_W8.1 Channel KMS:CSVLK which can activate only Windows client editions, not Servers.

    That brings us the genius of CODYQX4, who was able to crack the code and making it possible on Windows 8, on such a small code

    I´m a little confused most probably i´m a noob...

    So...
    To active Win 8.1 Pro i need to use KMSpico Beta or command line?

    If is KMSpico where is the last version to download?
    If is command line what i do?
