When I used KMS it gave me this error:

"Error: 0xC004C003 The activation server determined the specified product key is blocked"

 

seems you installed your copy of 8.1 with a core key, did you?
If so, you cannot activate with any kind of KMS tools

 

yep could be it's core or wmc, no KMS. You have to reinstall from the VL ISOS here in the repository

For me Core is the best edition, cause 95% of the users don't use any of the pro features, but core you need to have a retail key, which is very hard to get

 

In this case, about don't using features, why not the embedded industry editions?

The problem here is the activation method using KMS: Core cannot be activated by KMS in any way

 

Until now, but how come you have a Gvlk for core even though core single language?

 

please understand the system of volume activation: core isn't and never was intended to be activated by KMS by design independent of language or whatever

 

PaulDesmond, if it hasn't intended for KMS activation, why MS leaks a Volume key for these editions?

 

how come windows 7 enterprise has oem license?

MS never released a volume edition of core. If so, that would be brand new to me
