I guess I'm wrong, sorry I remembered to run the VM with defaults, ie. 256 MB RAM in VMware Workstation and did it just fine.
The download "KMSServer-Inge001-v4.7z" obtain "Disk read error" I tried several downloads ... where there is "activation.bat"? Where to use? Thank you!
I made a mistake and only included the x64 version of devcon in that. I wasn't aware that you needed separate ones for x86. I'm not sure if that's related to your issue.
I was just fooling around with all the great new "toys" (kmsserver on XP, activate through router, etc) and was also trying your latest offerings (not sure which version exactly), but I also got errors on Devcon and Tunmirror (?). So you're saying these work on x64 only for now? Okay, so should I look for the 32bit versions, or are you planning on a new version of your nice collection? Thanks!

Thanks. When I do a quick check (on win32) executing TunMirror.exe, I get "not a valid Win32 application"... Devcon=OK!
to run tunmirror you have to have the tap driver both installed and configured to the ip address and subnet. You should try uninstalling and re-installing the tap driver using the provided scripts. If you installed the tap adaptor using the setup program, you should uninstall using the uninstall program first.
