YES it does, take all of the files, place them in a folder with a ".vmwarevm" extension.
    then import into Fusion.

Didn't work for me. What am I missing? Came up with error 0x8007000D, running Win 8.1 Enterprise x86. And yes, I followed the instructions to the letter. :g:

You have tried a couple of methods of activating now with no success, have you previously been playing around with any hacktivators or such like? May be worth running a system file scan before proceeding any further. Win-X - Comman Prompt (Admin) and run..

    Code:
    sfc /scannow

Nope, I've never tried anything that would need to touch system files. I've only used CLI activation, connecting to That Taiwanese Server and using GVLK to activate. So far all methods I've used are from this thread, nothing else. Still advise me to run that sfc /scannow command?

Can someone please inform me exactly what is considered "offline" activation? I know itr means local, but I am confused as to what IP's can and which cant activate? Please elaborate for me which IP ranges can and which can not?

offline activation is anything you can do without a network card.
Normal localhost IP range is from 127.0.0.1 to 127.255.255.254

We set the tap adapter to 10.3.0.1 and mirror it to 10.3.0.111 mostly for self-activation, but it's only required for KMS v6 stuff like Win8.1 and Office2013 on win8.1

So offline activation is for a household with just 1 PC, no net connection. Online is for a household who either uses a switch or router that uses the 192.198.xxx.xxx system or an external IP, yes?

If you activate via the internet it's on-line activation. If you activate without requiring an internet connection it's off-line

Well yah, network activation is how they designed KMS to happen.
The retail stuff goes through a ms server.

But you cannot simply put your own ip address that the router lists, unless you have some sort of bounceback setting on your router that forwards all the traffic on a certain port back to you.
You cannot self-activate if the system knows that it's coming from the same system.
However, when the router re-directs it back to you, it's coming from the router, so it fools the activation.
I should be clear that it may or may not work for all people. We really don't know.

I'm not sure of the ip addresses of large businesses and such, but I imagine that the 192.168.xxx.xxx is only for your immediate localsubnet

As long as the activation is not coming from the same PC, the activation would work.
If you use the same pc you either need to do a tap/tunmirror, a vm/tap, or a router-forward

For all other PC you simply need to run the kms server program or service and have the other ppl point their activation at your system.
No extra steps are required to activate other systems.
