KMS Activate your Office 2013 on Windows 8 [On your Local PC]

    Guys, With KMS 3.0.0 & Office 2013 I got: "ERROR DESCRIPTION: The Software Licensing Service reported that the product could not be activated. No Key Management Service (KMS) could be contacted. Please see the Application Event Log for additional information."

    Where is the link for KMS 3.1.0?? Thanks!

    I guess the KMS host key would be installed/activated in this KMS Micro VM, as it is able to activate Office 2013 on Windows 8.

    just 1 to say, it works (O2013 x64 in 8 x64) ...after disabling firewall :p

    Acticated office 2013 on windows8 :)
    Dont know whether my windows 8 is permanently activated , can anyone tell me more about it. Attacing a screen shot for ready reference.

    To check that do this:
    To check expiration date for Windows and office open a Admin elevated DOS prompt, you will be at:
    c:\windows\system32>
    For Windows type: cscript slmgr.vbs /xpr
    For office, in the same window type (for 64bit OS): cscript "%ProgramFiles(x86)%\Microsoft Office\Office15\ospp.vbs" /dstatus (it will tell you how many days to expire)
    (for 32bit OS): cscript "%ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Office\Office15\ospp.vbs" /dstatus

    I got an error when activating.

    the software licensing service reported that the product couldnt be activated.....etc
    ?

    How can i resolve?

    No i converted manually to VL using the guide here on MDL.

    Since you got "Change product key" choice on the info, it's absolutely KMS activated, so it's worth 180 days
    Retail one don't get "change product key" choice on the info, just like mine

    Downloading 3.10 now. I haven´t seen that there was a 3.10.

    EDIT:

    Activation successful after using Office 2013 Localhost.reg.

    You can mention to use the .reg file in the guide.

    Huge thanks. Your script activated my Office 15 after trying and failing to activate it with KMSmicro 3.0, 3.1 and V9, which might have helped but I don't know. Maybe because machines are set up differently.

    I just realised my windows 8 activated by one of the KMSmicros. Now I have 180 days while before I had 1,000 days. Maybe the current 180 is more correct.
