KMS Server error

    Would depend on how it was installed/activated, could be a Retail Key installed likewise. Check with slmgr.vbs /dlv to see which License Channel is used.

    The command you used should show all nessessary info. Interesting is the first Activation Count, which needs to be charged in order to start activating the Clients.

    the key is used is a Volume_KMs_R2_C_Chanenel.
    can I install office 2010 / 2013 key on a offline server ?

    If you mean Host Keys for Office 2010/13 to create an Office KMS Host, yes you can. Have still such a KMS Host as Virtual Machine which is running very smart :D.
