Yes, I can see how the AHCI, RAID, USB, APU, GPIO, ACPI, I2C, drivers have a huge effect on video with the other two, SMBus and PCI that do nothing but enable the bus, seeing how no driver in the world will change the hardware's I/O specs.
@ WaltC As mentioned in the first post I reinstalled from scratch with the same issues occurring. I've already checked what any usually mentions here long before issues where even occurring. Again, I strive to have an answer before the said question appears. edit: I'm gonna check if BIOS up/downgrade might solve the issue and continue on testing for issues and or results.
I've an Asus directcu2, and i haven't any problem in win10 64 with the 15.11 beta drivers, this card have the memory too much overclocked i always use MSI Afterburner and i up the core clock to 1150 and low the memory clock to 1400. I'm playing Fallout 4 now in ultra without any issue..
Your card just lacks some voltage. Edit your rom to add some 25mv offset. Should do the trick. It's not a software problem.
Believe it or not, but I have a faulty PCI-E port. Weird that it didn't happen before, but I guess it just plays it own game.
Like a flickering light bulb, it works.....it doesn't.......it works.....it doesn't.......it works.....it doesn't.......AND THEN... it just plain doesn't work at all... Time for a replacement mobo before it gives up the ghost for good.
