Testing the new version with my last image... all seemed to run fine and nothing shows in WU but KB2872543 always shows as not installed and I keep copying it, and running the installer but it never seems to install. View attachment packages_OUT.TXT View attachment packages.txt

After installing the first 75 updates and rebooting I got this: EDIT: I think something is wrong with MY image process... I discarded it to start over
fixed: moved update to the right folder on my server bug found: the three updates were not flagged as platform updates
Previous WIN7x64ENT image with earlier updates.. used KUC offline and received the following error when uninstalling items: Processing 1 of 1 - Removing package Package_for_KB2786464~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~6.1.2.0 [===========================99.6%========================= ] An error occurred - Package_for_KB2786464 Error: 0x80070490 Error: 0x800f0805 View attachment packages_OUT.TXT View attachment packages.txt
I installed that same image in a VHD and then ran the KUC and subsequent remove_old and the 4 IE8 items and this one were removed properly.
Same image as above I keep installing the below updates with the KUC and they always say they are not installed: 2872543HotfixBF_2872543Windows6.1-KB2872543-x64.msuADDUpdate is missing! 2898092Hotfix2898092Windows6.1-KB2898092-x64.msuADDUpdate is missing! The packages.txt file you include already have 2872543,2898092 included. But nevertheless they can be added using dism. So could it be, that you mixed up x64 and x86 editions?
I don't have any x86 images and I actually installed that test and have been working with it... been trying to update and fine tune my entire process
My Current Testing & Integration Process Komm, Thanks for the new update and thanks for hanging in with all my reports... I never want to be a pain but I do LOVE this tool so I am working with it a LOT right now To help understand my current testing and integration process: 1) I started with an untouched WIN7Entx64 and mounted it offline with DISM and then used the KUC to update most of the items that I consider a "base" image" 2) I mounted that in a VHD (I use VirtualBox) and then performed a SysPrep boot on it 3) I then ran the latest KUC on it 4) I then use Kel's WPI with all the rest of my items that I consider "basic" 5) I SysPrep the image and save that as my ongoing maintenance image 6) I use DISM to create a new install.wim and insert that in my setup iso When I want to update the image I then fire it up with a SysPrep boot and then run the KUC and other updates accordingly and then SysPrep and save
I tried the same image with the latest KUC and got the same error as above... not sure what to try next of it I should just ignore this. I am going to try KUC offline to see what happens.
Registry Items Check I know you check other reg entries to see if the reg has the required changes but I am wondering if you check these since I always get the notification in the packages_out.txt and I have the reg entries or have I made an error in my reg mod's. @komm I thought you were done with Win8 and only supporting 8.1. Found this in the downloads. Code: KUC W8 UpdateChecker-Beta-v.0.9.003.2115.zip 21-Mar-2014 22:53 4.4M Nothing in the change logs about this release. Possibly W8 prereqs for spring update? Okay I had only looked in the KUC for W8 Change Log and not the Win8 Hotfix Change Log. So I assume 0.8.012.3101 Last2 version for Windows 8 is no longer true?

I will be doing my first 8.1 set of images and tests this week so I am looking forward to it when ever Komm has a chance to release it.
