Laptop auto shut down when plug in power supply

    Hi there,

    I am having problems with my ACER Aspire 6935G, it been automatically shut down when i plug in the power, but if i unplug the power and use the battery it work fine. I reformat my laptop few time and the problem persist and i check the temperature it all look fine.

    Please Help.

    motherboard circuit issue.. likely a mossfet for charge or plug selection.

    When i boot into safe mode the laptop wont auto shut down, is that the mossfet in graphic card is malfunction?

    well, if in safe mode it works then probably mobo drivers, check event viewer, also try to write detailed problem description in 1st post, not by one sentence in every post...
