On the issue of battery and fan whizzing fast, you would have to disable many applications running at the background of your system.
Code: What's new with Language Packs for Windows 10 Insider Preview? To help you reduce the size of your image, language packs have now been split into the following language components: Basic (spell check, typing) Handwriting Speech Text to speech UI Text (lp.cab) But microsoft does not provide us with language packs for the new APPs.
No. lp.cab is mainly for System. Microsoft does not provide us with language packs for the new APPs. * C:\Program Files\WindowsApps * C:\Windows\SystemApps * C:\Windows\SystemResources
I did a second install and all doodoo things went completely away. man sometimes that first cherry just needs a second pickin
hmm.. i tried to turn off the applications running in the background, moreover i blocked notifications, turn of all live tiles and the fan is running instantly by opening spartan. Moreover i notice that the microsoftshell experience host have almost 10% battery use.
The main issue was with the start menu sometimes it' doesn't want to respond , and the app tales doesn't work properly for example weather app doesn't change the status automatically

i have an issue with the action center not opening after start up, worked with build 10122, but hasn't worked on 10130/4. i have end the windows experience shell host task and then it works. any idea what it could be?
Not sure on your start issue...I know in the previous builds there were issues...what I found it was certain GPU drivers and win 10 TP. As for the live tiles..dunno...don't use them, don't need them, but I digress. I just tried the weather app and no the live portion is not working...me personally I chalk that up to this build first being a beta build, and secondly this was ONLY meant to be an internal build and is also entire different branch then any we insiders receive. Assuming your start issue is what I think it is...it was listed as a known issue they were working on in the last official insider build. Now to the main point and not trying to be an a-hole but you still have not stated how this build is less stable then the previous one. Are you crashing? BSOD? Black screens of death? Low FPS? those are stability issues. Some live tiles not working or working correctly is NOT a stability issue that is a beta software issue. Also you can't really say the start menu issue is a stability issue since it was listed in the last official release notes that some users might experience issues with start menu not opening correctly and they were working on i.
