Normally, I am advocate of clean install, I have gone a different route with this build and the previous one by using in place upgrades just to see. Everything so far has been smooth sailing recently. Yes I am prepared to do clean installs if need be.

 

ok it's installed and works great not seeing why this wasnt released to us it's a epic fast clean build and no upgrade bug to be seen

 

20 minutes with the 10134 version and I see this one, the 10138.0.150603-2111.winmain_CLIENTCORE_RET_x64fre_en-us.esd

By the way ... 10134 New in the appearance of Internet Explorer 11?

 

I don't see a home button in Spartan, maybe it requires a clean install.

 

go into setting inside Spartan

 

ah..ok...odd it would be an option to turn that on or off.

in settings in spartan...then click to turn it on.

when setting up account option to skip signing into a Microsoft one is there now.

 

upgrade bug was for phone counterpart ..

 

Do you not have a "fix me" in notification opening every time you try to update? I do, there is definitely a bug.

 

Nope I do not have that all. There again must be something tied to specific hardware configurations.
