You will have to upgrade your insider preview to RTM. Then you are free to do a clean install. Which also means as Microsoft has stated the work around to go from non genuine to genuine in the damn article you posted. What part are you not getting. The upgrade matrix has nothing at all whatsoever to do with the free RTM upgrade for insider partciapants. NOTHING! The Free insider is a "SPECIAL" program totally separate from any upgrade matrix. Truly it is not hard to understand special programs fall outside of marketing matrix. They have already stated current insiders will not have to go back to their previous OS to upgrade to RTM. That we will be able to upgrade from the beta insider build we are using.

Haha...not me after going to bed last night with the AMD GPU driver black screens again. And I could not remember which drivers do not have it. Thank god for my testing over at guru3d and posts. Back up and running with no black screening again. The clean install took care of the CPU usage. I used the OSbeta one for the clean install not wzor, so dunno.
finally installed,, i changes the pid and installed pro, seems like a very good build, now to reinstall everything and grab all my downloads from the windows.0 folder
Anyone have any issues with their notification center not opening up? I had the issue on build 10130, then did a clean install of 10135 and same thing... anything I can try?
If all the Window Insiders are getting RTM free, then you should have that little nag thing from WU, telling you your qualified, and reserve your copy, anyone got one yet on a Insider Preview copy, or have they all gone out to qualifying OS's, lol
Gabe already stated all insiders must have a valid win7/8.x license to qualify. Just being an insider will not qualify you.
