Believe its fake. Name is not full &the man on the pic doesnt work for microsoft anymore

 

Apart the user of twitter of which we do not know the reliability (but most likely is the usual fake informer) .

The most obvious answer I can give is no, because Slow and Fast Ring Ring does not share the same static links (and it was also discussed in other threads).

how do you do for grab links of updates and builds from windows update?

 

Updates are downloaded to C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Downloads. There will be a folder in there with a long string of letters and numbers. When you watch the new build download in the Windows Update box, it will finish and prepare to install. You can then see an ESD file in that folder with all the numbers and letters. Copy this file to another place, then you have it to de-encrypt!

I keep that folder cleaned out so there aren't an unmanageable amount of folders in there.
