So I don't know how did this happen but after last night, I tried to shutdown my PC before going to sleep, it won't shutdown. And today after I woke up, I tested it 10 times and every single time it shutdown within 2s. So wtf is going on?
That's a hell of a pc that shuts down in 2 seconds, wish mine did...but I'm not sure why it didn't last night.
other way is WU make updates and you put shutdown that take alot time independs the updates and hardware machine....
How do I check if it was MS updating? like where can I see a history of the updates? Also, what is "Defer UPgrades" mean? It's an option in the UPdate settings
Well in the update history , it shows that I had 4 updates for Window Defender definition yesterday. Are those just updates for Window Defender only? nothing has to do with the OS right?
de·fer1 dəˈfər/ verb verb: defer; 3rd person present: defers; past tense: deferred; past participle: deferred; gerund or present participle: deferring put off (an action or event) to a later time; postpone. "they deferred the decision until February" postpone the updates. hold off on the updates. however you like say it.
That option is "Get Insider builds", bellow "Defer upgrades" one, or better postpone, delay etc. EFA11 beat me
LOL, I hope of not receive a similar message from you It's already difficult for me speak this language without forgetting a terminology, and already happen also in my mother language, but despite everything I try to do my best
Would someone kindly recommend a viable start menu replacement? The native MS start menu is borked. I have a paid StartIsBack license, but it seems their W10 compatible beta no longer works. TIA!
Yea I don't know what happened , but my PC shutdown in a proper amount of time now. No more spinning thing forever. I'm still pissed off cause I don't know how it fixed itself. I would feel better if I at least knew what caused it.
