The current last build is 10146. We will see tonight or tomorrow if will be new build, so we know if 10146 is RTM.

Sound logical if the 10146 was the RTM if you thinking that MS has one month to fix the most bugs before realese the RTM on july 29...

 

the 146 is the last does not mean they do not come more or even to be selected RTM earlier, is now testing the 146, the June 25 vote by the RTM.

Recall that the RTM will be distributed to the OEM one months before the official release date.

 

If RTM will be distributed to the OEM 1 month before, which is at the end of this month, MS will have big problems. I think they need at least 1.5 months to have a mature, stable build.

I don't say Windows 10 is not stable. I have been using it as my daily driver for the last 5 months. But for a regular user, it must be perfect.

Hopefully, they have some hidden tricks to boost up quality of Windows 10 tremendously in the next 1-2 weeks.
