Once ISO downloaded is NOT possible to move it, like OS X files *DMG or *app....Cannot even copy the file, only that I can do is burn ISO to a DVD.
I read Microsoft is using it to distinguish testers(Insiders) from general users(non-insiders) to track where likely a problem is emanating from. So it will help to quickly narrow down and nail the culprit.
