Where is the CR disc for WS2012R2 Essentials? If it's not leaked, why?

 

What do you mean by CR? Language?

 

I think he means Client Restore disc. I'm not very familiar with Server2012 stuff, but I know they had one for server2011.

Well, if it wasn't leaked. Someone with MSDN access would have to upload it somewhere; preferably a magnet so it won't get taken down.
The only problem with a magnet on something that isn't super popular is that someone always has to seed it.
I wish I knew more about the new web seeding stuff that is coming out. (not talking about a seedbox)
It sure would be nice to upload a file somewhere and just have it do the seeding for you.

As I came to understand, client restore disc is now optional (making restore disc like in Windows Vista/7/8/8.1) ? Right ?

 

Since it doesn't show up on MSDN for R2 then I would imagine it won't be available that route anymore .. and will need to be created as EFA11 has pointed out
