yes these are. they will also get images that are set for per version via the config. ms decided to give them solo editions as well as a all purpose edition.
The meaning of RTM has been altered from released to manufacturing to released to manufacturers. Feedback from the manufacturers may result in QFE's, eventually available via Windows update on or after October release date but something critical would allow Microsoft to recompile a new build prior to general availability. Just saying.
