There's surprisingly a lot different in the en-gb versions from en-us. It uses different words for a lot of things. I once xdelta'd an en-us to a en-gb rtm and it was like a 2gig split
How do we know that these images are REALLY Microsoft untouched images though..that's my main concern..with previous leaks, we could always look at the MSDN/TECHNET site and compare the hashes that way...but what can be done to confirm this is legitimate this time around? I'm hesitant and will probably wait until October to be safe...anyone else feeling the same?
Is it possible to get delta from windows 8 EN-US to new leaks(x86 & x64) if size is feww hundred megs??? Thank You
I have a question , i have windows 8 and want to move to windows 8.1, i want to do a clean install however i want to save all the hundreds of pinned sites in my start screen. my question is if my best option to do both is to do an upgrade to windows 8.1 so that all my current sites will be linked to my windows 8.1 online account, then i could delete windows 8.1 , clean up my hard drive and do a clean install, is it the best option?
Stinks that I'm at work now and can't get the ISO's, it's a little ironic, I was ready to download yesterday, no ISO's, now I can't download and they're available!! LOL!!! Will have to wait 8 hours till I get home.

On the fresh install of Windows 8.1 all your apps and setting will be syncronized if you have an MS Live account.Only you have to do is just open the store app after complete installation.BTW,when my download will be complete of Windows 8.1 I'll do an upgrade and I'll post the results here!
when i did so in build w8.1 build 4971 and loaded my same online account there i didn't see any app or pinned site from my w8. ARE YOU SURE?
I think we're fine with these releases. WZOR has a long history of leaking Microsoft ISO's and I've never heard of any problems. If you still want to wait, it's up to you. As for me, my plan is to install 8.1 Pro and use a couple of rearms to get me to October 18th, then use my Technet key to activate. It'll give me some time to see what works and what doesn't work with my current hardware and apps. The first thing I will do is install Start8, LOL!!
hell can you explain rearms procedure with pro version ? that is what i also prefer. can we rearms it forever like in windows 7 ?
