    What makes you guys think it's the PRO version? I don't see pro mentioned at all in the description. It looks like the vanilla core version.

    it seems win8.1 retail pro can just be activated with a win8 pro retail key....Mak key and vol key don't work..

    First of all take a look: MICROSOFT.WINDOWS.8.1.RTM.X86/x64.ENGLISH.DVD-WZT

    Although u could probably change language in control panel. Pretty sure about that.
