Apologies if this has been answered before............my Windows 8 key (Pro) is embedded into the bios - If I do a fresh (clean) install of Windows 8.1 Pro - will it automatically pick up my Windows 8 Pro key and automatically activate it like it does for Windows 8 Pro?

if you try your MTK tool it might fail. If you use your genuine key it should work smoothly

AFAIK there isn't a ProWMC! There is a Pro Key and an Feature added WMC key, which need a pro installed upfront!

 

Apparently not.

Install with the generic key. Once in Windows, remove the key, replace it with your own legit key, have fun (this assumes that you've written down your embedded key before installation).

 

The .iso from wzor works very good.If u have problems installing net.framework 3.5 try this and I garantee that it will work,u don`t need to download another iso.

I've noticed with Windows 8.1 that with the Latency Mon, latencies are now much more stable and do not give me high peaks O_O

 

Has anyone successfully created a Windows 8.1 Pro bootable USB stick - if yes, what tool did you use?

can someone help me the RTM windows 8.1 wont upgrade from windows 8.1 preview. Why is this i get a message saying windows 8.1 is already installed. please help.
