yes, I have installed it by customizing my own windows 8.1 pro update 1 with wmc wim image inserting my wmc key and activation data.dat and token.dat files. Its total success. see below picture: It seems that MS has now combined the retail as well as volume license channel editions to one. channel depends upon putting keys and if you don't put the key then it is volume license. store apps on the taskbar is always remain pinned on each reboot even I unpin it.
I found my language pack with control panel options under clock ,language and region and I saw language pack available. That's all.
Apparently that is due to the way UltraISO compresses files. The only files that were added were EI.CFG and the winclub shortcut, it was just compressed differently. The 'legit' ISO's header looks real...
Well I guess for the sake of having the "original ISO" someone should upload it to mega or something. I'm not going to bother with that baidu link, no way I'm installing some super terrific chinese spyware on my machine lol
It's basically updated build of the Multi Edition ISO en_windows_8_1_x64_dvd_2707217 so everything apply to this new build as the RTM one.
Wow! I used dism to convert to WMC, copied the token backup from my (activated 8.1/WMC) . fresh install, and it's working fine, including update and permanant activation.
fresh instal just enter dummy msdn key to use default wmc then your retail wmc key bro that works no need to replace anything
