Unfortunately, at uTorrent the download speed is just about 1KB/s on an 30Mbps connection and from Mega it goes between 200-400KB/s and will be ready tomorrow moning, or another 3h + to go!!

Just the horrible XAML start menu is transparent. The rest of it is the same old ugly UI that makes Windows 8.1 look like the prettiest thing since Debbie Did Dallas.

 

use my own magnet in jukebox. It is a different one that runs just fast as hell

 

this is actually better than the build

 

Also not seeing the Winbeta.org Start menu crash when opening/closing Windows Accessories on the Start menu.

Comment about installation: Way to go MS, making using a local account even more obscure. The phrasing is now something to the effect of "Connect your account later." Sigh.

 

it's just ridiculous, for me it offered to create an offline account because it couldn't detect my network driver, I'm almost sure 9926 detected and installed out of the box

 

Got it installed. Screenshot attached. Note: This is a third party skin.

 

Does this leak has other crashing issues? Other than Start Menu (while opening accessories menu)?
I don't plan to use any metro apps. except calculator. If anyone can confirm if its working?

Confirming that the Metro Mail, Calendar, People apps don't work. Click on one and Windows brings up a "This app can't install / Check the Windows Store for more info about Mail (Error). / Go to the Store." Click on the link to the Store and you get the old Store, not the beta. "This app needs to be repaired / There's a problem with Mail, Calendar and People. Please reinstall the app." Click Install and "Your free app is installing." Then "Your purchase couldn't be completed. / Something happened and your purchase can't be completed. Error code 0x80073cff"

No doubt that's why MS doesn't want to release this build.

Just try that and it's also not impressive: up to 15KB/s!!

So, I'll stay with Mega!!

 

Metro Calculator works fine on the desktop.

 

Mega is now running by more than 1MB/s, actually up to 1.4MB/s!! That's OK

 

This build is boring as hell... no wonder MS doesn't release anything...

 

sometimes all the icons inside the folder and on the left (navigation) are disappearing :x

 

I'm seeing that, too.

Internet Explorer is on the taskbar, but I don't see it on the More Apps list.

 

That's what Alpha Stage is all about!!

 

Guys..please give me a feedback,how to return old start menu....reg file doesn't work at all!
