    You have to replace every zh-ch file with en-us files. I myself located every zh-ch file put into folder than used that as my marker to replace with en-us files.

    It's very difficult because some of the files are protected...
    You have to have excellent command line skills to replace some of them...
    Or use third party tool

    I know its a bitxx. Took me all day to do the whole process. Sometimes just a simple takeownership worked.
