    iv been able to get 40mb/s download speed at times while using linux,, then switching to windows i get a crappy 200-800kb/s speed :(

    If it will activated against the new KMS Keys from 15/07/2015 then the KMS Proto maybe will not changed anymore;)

    seems the install.wim is 10176 but the rest is used from 10011 which is fine

    I've waited almost hour and a half to download it. Transfer speed is 230 kb/s
    My speed very low as well :(
    But at least baidu cooperating with me in the mean time :)
