Tested windows 9901 and so far strange bug sometimes can't open metro apps just need simple reboot windows. And about cortana it's work but sometimes it doesn't show up and fixed by killing searchui.exe with taskmgr and click search button again.
Asphalt 8: Airborne's menu is not responding in Windows 10 Technical Preview Build 9901. Is anybody having the same issue?
Asphalt 7: Nickman's menu is not responding in Windows 10 Technical Preview Build 9901. Is anybody having the same issue?
Like to have 2 ssd disks and no errors found I think it has something to do with the amd drivers for graphics when I upgrade my system afterwards the driver was not found so I had to reinstall and now the taskbars went black on my both screens ps now installing latest beta driver from amd
Okay. That error emanates from very corrupt registry sometimes and chkdsk usually solves the problem in most cases. As long as you are using SSD it's of no use running it because it will have little to no effect. It is time you do your Windows repair with your installation USB. Note: I just found out that most people who install Build 9901 are having the same problem. So it must be a Build issue.
If it hasn't been mentioned already... 9901 Explorer doesn't work in 9888. I get a "Ordinal 1072 could not be located" error.
Thx for your answer but I solved it bij deinstalling all amd drivers and reinstalled the AMD-Catalyst-Omega-14.12-With-DOTNet45-Win8.1-64bit driver now it seems to be working let's hope it stays this way Update: After reboot it is the same as before so I think I have to live with it
Good to know. Thank you very much. That means your 'sfc /scannow' command is working perfectly well. I will pass your solution across to others.
Ok this is getting a bit confusing for me it's about the graphics driver not SFC /scannow that fails anyhow
my over all opinion is Cortana is missing the language pack.....i guess thats only going to be in final release.....the upgrade to Enterprise does not upgrade Cortana.
I quite understand what you are talking about. I mean the failure of the sfc /scannow command to repair your Windows OS. We are on the same page here while one solution is meant to solve the other problem.
I concur on that statement you made there. Even the Cortana on my system has some 'funny lettering' called psuedolocalization and it doesn't work due to my region.
Allridy then I'm gonna leave it like it is for now maybe I will do an reapair attemt later on we will see
Im also having the same issue, sfc /scannow gives "Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation." and on top of that cortana does not work. Yes I changed(?) the region to US and the language and the location is enabled and all that. Any ideas?
