I have just tried in elevated powershell this command Repair-WindowsImage -Online -RestoreHealth but also returns an error
Thanks. Andy could a bit more than BlueStacks, special runs Apps from Desktop, gives you access to the local file system etc. which BS didn't!
And my download from Paul's JukeBox still is going on, now 99% with a few hours left to be finish! Down speed now around 1kB/s!! On an 30Mbps connection!!
The Experimental Features in cmd.exe are enabled in this build and causing cmd Windows to show up with many different programs, where normally those cmd windows were to be hidden/invisible. Simply uncheck the Experimental Features option in cmd.exe and it will fix the issue.
Just to tell you that there are many uploads from the box showing up to 8MB/s. There is no speed limit atm though
I didn't blame you in any means for that. It's just crazy to get such outcome on an 30/3Mbps connetion! Possible that the problem lies by CloudFlare if that connection goes over their Singapore Server's. Had such problems in the past with them!! And I don't think that you run your own server, use an Host-Service instead!
No problem and as I told, I didn't blame you that!! Will see, sometimes tomorrow that will be finish and than I could see the problem I had with that release are triggered by the Mega ISO! For to day, I'm done and it's near bedtime for me now. Good night!
Instead of all the world's governments trying to promote peace, love, and their own ideas of "how things should be run", they should develop a world wide kick azz speed internet connection. This would solve many of the existing problems. We have the technology..............
No it did not the problem still exists Every attempt for repair fails at the moment also tried with Dism commands and so on
I can't scannow, either...stops after ~3%. Most troubling...I'm having serious problems with this build...first it refused to implement my desktop, saying it couldn't find any desktop configuration files--but I managed to get past that and get into the file structure and everything is right where it should be...then this little golden "padlock" icon appears in my systray--don't have a clue as to what it is... Have already reinstalled (upgrade from 9879) again...same problems...but now when I boot I get that nasty "Hi", which means it can't find my desktop again--so far the only way out is to sign out (log out) and back in a few times until my desktop appears...! I downloaded and installed the direct .iso from MEGA as listed in this thread...am now downloading a different .iso (maybe)...anyone have any suggestions? Thanks...
Problems I couldn't solve with Win 10 I managed to solve by logging into the Root Admin account using elevated CMD: net user administrator /active:yes log out > log into Administrator account
