That button (All apps) is already available on Windows 8 RTM. Just need to do on new UI a right click on free screen and it shows up lower right, click on it and all apps are there in a new windows.
You want us to pay money, for a beta leak of an operating system that isn't even publicily released, and you're not even legally allowed to distribute? I hope you get sued
This is exactly what I meant. This Start button will open the all apps site instead of a small menu like we had it on 7. There you find everything you need and you are done. Probably all this was originally intended to be done for W8 but time ran short and they made a half brewed version as we know it. Now they finalize it by adding all that stuff and I'm quite positive that most people will like it that way.
