    May it's just a matter of time till it's available! Sorry that it didn't has what you're looking for!

    Anyway, most of those Windows 8 Phone OS's may special modified from Phone Manufacturer and will need it's special hardware. May check on the XDA Forum, some is available from China!

    please explain what you mean by that? I don't get your question. Do you mean how to get the icons small > rightclick customize and you find buttons for smaller or bigger ...

    well polish place found them in imageres.dll file in this build (usually located in C:\Windows\System32)
