I've found out how to fix some features that don't work in Windows 8.1 (Blue) You have probably noticed the SkyDrive folder in the navigation bar. If you try to access it, it gives you an error. I've found out how to fix it by installing the SkyDrive desktop app. The second thing I noticed was that you couldn't enable Microsoft Update. Install Silverlight. At the end of the installation, it has an option to enable Microsoft Update.
Indeed, it seems the default video drivers in the build are borked. With the defaults you get some nasty artifacting in DWM. 3rd party drivers seem to resolve it 99% though (grouped taskbar thumbnails are still a bit wonky)
Anyone else notice that this replaces what ever version of Windows 8 your on? I have a VMWARE Win 8 Enterprise before instlalling, PRO afterwards.
By monster, I mean this: and it's 9369, I just changed the branding to say 8.1 Pro Preview because I was bored.
