I installed it using the BA FTP image and Windows 7 USB/DVD download tool, no issues so you should be good.

One of the reasons that message appears when trying to unpack the ISO onto a USB flash drive is the drive is not properly formatted and primary partition active.

Try running diskpart from elevated command prompt

    list disk > enter

select disk 3 (usb disk number) > enter

    clean > enter

    create partition primary > enter

    format fs=ntfs quick > enter

    active > enter

    exit > enter

As long as the max single file size is below 4GB, I wouldn't use NTFS for USB Sticks, instead FAT32.

same problem to me in the early build, extract the iso with WinRAR on one folder then "rebuild" the iso with IMGBURN, and try again

Just to mention: using 7Zip for extracting (also an ISO) is more precise than using WinRAR.

I have to agree with pisthai using 7 zip to extract is much better than WinRAR.

I've formatted my USB flash drives with Fat32,exFAT and NTFS before using the Microsoft USB/DVD Tool and found that it doesn't matter because the MS Tool will quick format the flash drive to NTFS anyway.

After 2 failed attempts that stopped at 74% of getting the 9374 ISO from MEGA I got it from the magnet link torrent.

It's hard to imagine why others have problems while I've have had none while unpacking the downloaded 9364,9369 and now 9374 ISO's onto a USB flash drive using the Microsoft USB/DVD Tool.

I'm starting off with a 16GB USB 3.0 SanDisk Extreme flash drive.IMO they are the best flash drives on the market right now but 16GB is the smallest I can find the SDE flash drive.

The whole drive is a formatted and setup as single active primary partition.

The entire process of unpacking the 9374 ISO onto the SanDisk Extreme flash drive took about 1 minute from start to finish using the MS Tool.

It is better optimized compared to WinRAR using LZMA2 algorithm, what makes it about 40% faster.

It's sometimes depend which apps were used for to create the archive. IOf use 7Zip, even is compressed as .rar, which isn't directly to "see", it's better for to uncompress using 7Zip again. Some files are also very "sensitive" to compressing and here is 7Zip better than RAR.
