I'm not sure we'll see any more "real" leak before end of the next month?! And as I wrote somewhere before: I'll not use any more leaks till the official release of Preview and/or RTM! It's mainly just a waste of time and for what?!

I really don't mind about that! On the other hand Softpedia isn't an unknown source.

In the article they refer to winclub.pl, that's right and also that they credit the picture to them. But Softpedia will not just re-publish what other's published already, well known that those content is questional! I had a few years ago an Copyright case with them on Court in an similar matter because I posted/re-published from them. In that case, SP was publish insider infos about some Android development in work and still confidential. SP was getting the infos NOT from the developer instead from 3.Party. They did researched by developer for to be sure to not report false infos. My good were that I strictly was follow the "Fair Use" Regulation and that the fact's in question were related to the part of Open Source of the Android Linux and not under any copyright! So, no problems for me.

Said the above, I hardly believe that SP would just repost something which is under full copyright without to re-check that the infos are true and correct.

that's why i said i really feel sad for SP... they wrote what they supposed to... Credit the Source and Find new things in picture by themselves (Like they find New Maximize,Minimize,Close Buttons) but the point is they can't distinguish clown for other sources, maybe they don't know what clown is doing for about 2 months and on. I said this because we are dealing with this clown 24/7.

No hard feelings for you pisthai about this news, and can't comment about copyright matter.

I haven't seen it as some!!

That copyright case was no problems for me and in real, it was also very informative. I was get a lot regulation to know I never heard upfront of, special what's allowed under "special" circumstances. That's why I believe that SP has re-checked what they reposted/republished in this case and didn't took just as it what was presented to them. If there would have been something "suspicious" with those infos, they had removed the article shortly after publishing because MS would have force them to do if there were something really wrong with it! SP hasn't an very good name at MS!

By the way, I don't mind about fundamental critics about what I publish/post as long as it stay's polite without getting personal, harassing, insulting and accusing. My way is that I would communicate with others as I would like they communicate with me.

That said I like also to say thank you for your answer above.

    Hi!
As far as I know in windows 8 only way creating ad hoc network is using cmd with admin priviligies.
But in Windows 7 there was easy (graphical) way of it. Does anybody know that will MS make things easy in Windows 8.1.
It is important for me because of working enviroment and I do not want to use third party software.
    Thanks.

Can anyone confirm that the custom refresh: recimg /createimage C:\RefreshImage no longer works in Win 8.1?

Anyone found and unlocked the original Start Menu? The option to boot directly on Desktop? Option to disable tablet-related bloat and Metro UI? At least, does the StartisBack work?

    Microsoft, you better do these.

Hm, M$ did it already. It might have stepped a bit out of your sight but W7 had all your features years back and still works wonderful.
Meanwhile they only went a step further with a new OS called W8 and the next one is just arround the corner titled 8.1 codename blue, which are a bit different but statistically more than 80% of the users outside like it as is. The minority of the left over 20% certainly will adjust themselves during the learning process as usual ...
M$ will not go back to stone ages as they follow a predesignated path done some time ago

Just a brief note for your reference:
I'm not calling someone a clow just for fun but if a person like THE CLOWN continuously produces fakes behind multiple names and disturbes a forum which is opend for technical information but Bulls**t, I and some other members feel free to take action against such individuals. Like it shows, it was helpful and we can do our things as usual

Honestly, I'm not really sure how interesting that is, as Windows has had a built-in Biometric framework for fingerprint passwords and the like since Windows 7 (maybe even Vista, I can't remember), as long as your device has a sensor.
