Yeah fully understand that but there are a number of reports on google about the leak plus this is coming out of china like every other leaked version up to now but for me its a mai pen rai sort of thing and in no rush for this ..
Unless you read the simplified Chinese writing, this leak won't help you very much. I doubt they have language packs available for it, so I don't think you'd have any way to change the language.
Update: seems the PCBeta guy has got into some kind of trouble, the download link in Baidu Cloud has been removed. LOL. Nah, not so complicated as you thought, many people converted 9471 to ru-RU or zh-CN, they even have downloads of the coversion pack.
Yah I was just thinking about it after I posted and yer probably right. I don't really know that about the conversion that they were using...
I got this iso and it appears to be what it is so how will I go about changing the language to english? I tried the dism method it did not install and I think the other method requires actually installing the os then using the reg file? ahh I might as well delete it. The rtm will probably be out in a few day's.
