[LEAK] Windows 8.1 Build 9477 X64 zh-CN

The CN/EN/RU edition had net3.5 enabled, we may combine these 2 versions together to make a better one. (I hope)

I installed this build and not seems to be full of bugs like claimed..Just because it is a frankenbuild this is the reason for have this kind of stuff in it..
The watermarks are still full here in the right low corner as other builds

Better to instll is 9471 because has no bugs in it like I saw in this 9477..

That Windows 9477 is not much different from 9471.I tested both

 

I had instaled but the exploer is order of works after 2 seconds.


I did sfc/scannow it says wdsutil.dll is messing

a idea ?

 

I had installed 9477 and reverted back to 9471 because of many bugs.In 9471 there are no bugs or I cannot find them.What wasn't work in 9477 here:system settings,store,photos and much more.

 

I have no problem except activation at 9477 (@Whistler4Evers iso)

 

Win 8.1 preview key should activate online fine

 

I think if @Whistler4Evers re-mod the new original Chinese ISO to English, there will have no bug in PC Setting, Photo...
