ya it wasn't up for long. took me just over 15 min at 4.3 meg's a sec from that server. what i got was a mis labeled rar so all i did was rename it to win8.1.iso and there it was. i ran the setup it is in chinese so i got it i don't know if it is the 9477 or what.

So this isn't as simple as removing the Chinese language pack and adding in the English one like I would have with the Russian CSL iso?
No they won't, you will have to change it yourself. As per the rules, no modified ISO's can be shared at MDL.
I guess it only needs to upload the en-US folders and the *.reg file. ....... Actually many people still has 9471, so just figure out the correct steps and post the guideline. Edit: btw, if you believe you have the correct steps, suggest you start a new thread. Updated OP with link.
