    Same reason I never bother with messing up system files to remove watermarks on preview builds. It's a huge waste of time. A new one will just come out right after that.

    In case en-US is already there is mean en-US folder in Windows folder? or which directory?

    Error at this command:


    DISM.exe /image:C:\mount /Set-SKUIntlDefaults:en-USAn error occurred while attempting to start the servicing process for the image
    located at c:\winpe1\mount. Error: 0x0000x135

    Solved by using Windows 8.1 ADK

    But this image doesn't have English language pack installed :(

    check md5, sha-1 or crc32 and see if the rar has been damaged.

    Just open 9471 ISO and replace the install.wim with 9477 (or you can replace all files/folders):D

    If you install it within win7/win8 X64, in disk management create a VHD of 4G, and copy everything into the VHD, then launch sources\setup.exe.

    Trying to convert to en-US, hope will succeed. :p

    With DISM no success....and in Control Panel can't install English.There are no MUI Files for English in this build.

    so this ISO is zh-CN (Chinese), how can I add the english language to it? I mean how can I edit the ISO and put the language into it then install on my laptop?

    Yeah...then unfortunately there´s no way to enable it with DISM :hmm:.

    We´ll have to wait, maybe Faikee is making some progress.

    Try to copy 9471 en-US .mui files to 9477 ...\system32\en-US and with some registry tweaks you may get something
