They do not expect the Isos MSDN / Technet they will be available the day of the release of Windows 8.1 (18 October)
I wanted to know is that with the Chinese version of Windows 8.1 RTM can download the French language pack

Did you got your install activated? If if yes, how?

 

I'll try it in Hyper-V, I read that one would be able to upgrade the Preview to RTM but w/ some consequences (didn't mention Hyper-V/VM though).
I have the Enterprise x64 Preview already installed there, if it blows-up... so be it

 

Already tried that...no way, still ends with zh-CN only version.
