Yes I know but to follow that instruction, the zip file must have to contain .img file in boot folder to make it bootable. If it doesn't have, I have to copy from older build

you can install the 9600 first, and there has a version 9600 dism in %windir%\system32.. or mount the wim file, pick up the version 9600 dism in %windir%\system32, then replace to the system.
