    1) keep threshold 2 ?

You're PC won't be activated anymore. You'll have to reinstall Win10 as upgrade from 7 / 8 / 8.1 in order to have a valid license (or buy a new one).

It depends on how you installed RTM 240, because it's the exact same as the preview. Just wait and see when you opt out and install 1511 th2, if you do lose act, you do NOT need to reinstall
a older version and then RTM again. Post back if it's lost and one of us will show you the simple way to reactivate.

    Reinstall 7, 8.1 :laie:

You could still use Enterprise and use the not so legal way to activate, like KMSPico, MTK etc., etc., or whatever way you'll like to use!

    Good luck!

    thank you all
I don't see why I should reinstall W8 as MS says we can use a valid W8 serial to activate W10  my question remains: back to 10240, 10565 or stay right on threshold 2 :confused:

well for now easiest option is to just roll with windows update on 10565 untill threshold 2 hits in novemeber then you have option to opt out

since eventualy all those end user get same build as insider thats the time to opt out unless you wanna reinstall all your apps etc and go back to 10240

regardless of what you choose your still be forced on to threashold 2 one way or another by microsoft new update Candace unless your on enterprise

    in 5 days , in 2 November
I understand will be launch th2 for normal users (not insiders)
I am 99,99% sure that MS will launch the same version to insiders
because they will want to test it (what else is the meaning of an insider ?)
    also the new version will accept directly S/N from 7 , 8 , 8.1

so , you cant wait 5 days ?
    is just my opinion

Maybe if you actually read what I said about how they
didn't need to reinstall win 7 or 8.1 again , you'd know why it was funny.

But you're not the only one.

I have 10568 doesn't go so bad, I'm keeping it till on November 2nd then I'll clean install a new th2, don't want th2 to pick up possible garbage from insider editions

I am doing the same. While 10568 is reasonably good, it does have some bugs. I don't want them carried over.
