    No, I first just ran the Lenovo utility as-is. That didn't work, so I ran it again, this time running WinFlash directly and loading the file manually, checking off all options.

    and what is the result?

    can you upload WINFLASH.LOG if the flash still fails

    Flash succeeded, but still no SLIC.

    I'm going to retry the modded BIOSes tonight, in the meantime I'm calling Lenovo to see if they can fix my issue.

    P.S. Is it possible to boot an Recovery Mode ?? I have an USB-Floppy also ;-) !
