It seems to have worked. At least it went all the way with the BIOS update, but not within DOS mode. It worked only with MS-DOS boot. How can I make sure the BIOS was updated with the SLIC2.1?

Hi qtm, the bios.rom included in your download works perfectly as a whitelisted version 3.14 However, with my Win7 64bit, I had to use WinPhlash64 (see http://www.sendspace.com/file/u4bcxe provided by Serg008 in some earlier post). MAC_Markus
To qtm, Do you have an instruction for this? Although Serg has made this work for me (thanks again Serg), I am still interested in knowing how. I tried to search C4000100010003000000 (the header for the mark), but couldn't find in either the original FL1 file or in the one Serg modified. Is the DOS machine different from that pre-installed machines in the marker? Thanks
