Just remember when you save it, click on save as and then drop down file type and choose JPEG and you should be good.

    Lenovo B560

    Hello you geniuses,

i've been impressed by your great work with the BIOS-Mods...! My respect!

Maybe, if you like, you can help me too...

I've got a Lenovo B560 and wanted to get rid of this rubbish Broadcom wifi-card. But after installing the new Intel 6230 i've bought on ebay, the bad surprise came quickly! "You have installed an unauthorized wireless card"

Because there is no original BIOS-Rom to download on Lenovo-page, i thought there my be a way i backup my bios and upload it anywhere, so you can patch it ?!

This would be more than nice if you would help me with that issue.

Sorry for my bad english, tried my best!

I'm sorry about double-posting. I incorrectly posted this into a different thread.
I have a Thinkpad X200 (BOIS 6DET70WW) that has SLIC 2.0 in the BIOS and I want to add SLIC 2.1. I got a BIOS dump and an RW everything report. When I ran the phoenix tool, I first got an information message "Header (OEMID_OEMTABLE LTP) in BIOSCOD02.ROM (X1) in MOD_4A01.ROM (X1)". I didn't understand the message, but decided that was OK and continued. When processing the RW report, the tool stopped with the message "Unable to reintegrate BIOSCOD04.ROM", which didn't seem OK. Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks

Thanks for your reply! I flashed the BIOS. :worthy: Then I installed the new network-card - but the notebook hangs in the boot-screen "To interrupt normal startup, press Enter". Its not possible to enter the Boot-menu or do anything.
If I put back the original-network-card the notebook starts normally...

Again - Thank you very much!!!

-Motherboard Manufacturer and Model : Lenovo F50X
    -Bios Revision : v2.06
    -Bios Type : Phoenix
    -Bios SLIC : Don't know
    -Bios Link : Don't know

I want the latest update. My Pentium Dual Core T2080 supports VT-x but BIOS has no option for enabling it. An update to enable that, if possible..

Can you provide full RWE report and a bios backup?
